This was the worst place i have stayed at and would not recommend to anyone. Sketcy part of town and did not feel safe going outside. TV did not work, no lock on the bathroom window, bathroom door did not shut and there is no way to control the heat/ac, room was extremely hot, vending machine only took quarters... i contacted the hotel for a refund and no repsonse.

You get what you pay for. Econo Inn is no frills, except the $10 round trip airport shuttle. The bed was comfey, the A/C noise drowned out some of the road noise, and the room was pretty clean.

The place was dirty, unorganized, no information or help around, homeless people in and around the place, we didn’t get any breakfast although we payed for it. We felt unsafe and I wonder how someone like Expedia could recommend a place like this for over $100????

As I walked through the door, I got met with a strong odour of pot. As well as the shift manager yelling at a customer (who I think was being racist and rude to manager). I dropped my bags, as my room was not ready (as i was early). Then headed outside to see a intoxicated man looking at the sky and talking to it. From there i saw the customer who was in the confrontion leave with bags, as the manager did not want him staying there. I went back inside and struggled to breathe from what was in the air. Sat there for a few moments and saw a couple of other customers who seemed to be under the influence as well. Started to get scared and decided to find another place to stay. As I did not feel safe. After finding another one, i went back to get my bags and mentioned to the manager that I did not feel safe and wanted to cancel my booking. He was visably upset but just mentioned I would owe a night and i said that is fine, just to be able to get out of there. I asked if i needed to sign anything and he said no. That was it and he let me go. Other hotel was much nicer, safer and yes cost more.

The lady who sits at the front desk earlier in the day was terrible. I have never felt like I was inconveniencing someone as much as I did talking to her. I called to ask if they had an airport shuttle and she told me to go to the website. I mentioned that I was calling from the airport and didn’t have access to Internet (it was slow). She just said “really” and then said a shuttle couldn’t come for three more hours. We took a taxi and asked to leave our luggage. She let us but never even stood up to help us. We walked into the office and placed our bags where she motioned us to do it and then she went off on us because they were blocking her printer. Getting up from her chair to help us better understand where they should go would have been way too much effort. I also forgot to mention that when we asked if early check-in was an option she went off on us then too - it was obvious that us standing in the lobby was just not acceptable to her. And for the record, we were totally fine not getting an early check-in and didn’t expect anything extra but if you don’t ask then you don’t know. The service was beyond mind boggling. I should add that when we got back at around 5 pm the new person was very pleasant but I would still never recommend this hotel.

This is not a place I would recommend anyone. It’s dirty and stinky, old appliances and furniture not even a microwave in the room. Tv is less then a 32 inch.. horrible place and over priced

The worst hotel I have been. I knew it was a cheap hotel but never thought there was no Cleaning every day that cards to enter the room had to be activated daily or you could not enter the room, no body wash, no coffee, no Kleenex, thin razor size soap, no phone, no clock, etc etc. the parking lot full with homeless people and terrible smell of smoking marihuana. Will never come back to this place. Perfect for homeless people or undocumented inking rents but not for tourists or business people.
