“Es de lo peor este sitio, solo te hacen reservar pero jamás envían ninguna indicación, codigo QR para que puedas acceder a tu reserva. El personal de seguridad es de lo más déspota. Se supone que hoteles.com debe apoyar pero ni siquiera ellos te ayudan, no hay claramente nada seguro. No gasten su dinero. Cuando les pides contactarse nunca responden. La peor experiencia de mi vida.”
