This cozy one-bedroom, one-bathroom cottage at the north end of the island that sleeps two is perfect for a private, romantic getaway for you and your sweetheart, or even a solo island getaway. The waterfront home faces the canal for unbeatable views! Enjoy the tranquil north end of the while remaining within walking distance of the beach, shops, and restaurants.

The living space features a leather couch with chaise and TV. The kitchen is steps away and with a table for two.

The bedroom includes a queen bed and TV and is outfitted in crisp linens with plush towels in the bathroom from our professional linen service. Your guests will stay connected with complimentary WFI and enjoy all of the comforts of home, including a washer and dryer.

The lovely backyard shares a dock on a canal with the two other cottages on the property. Three single kayaks and two double kayaks are available for the guests to explore the canal and waterways. When ready to relax, a variety of chairs and loungers as well as comfortable hammocks are available. There's also a full patio dining set and gas grill for enjoying your meal al-fresco.

Summer Breeze is a dog friendly property! If you have added a pet to your reservation under number of pets, the fee of $150 per dog plus tax has been added to your reservation total. ** 2 Dog Limit **

Summer Breeze is easy walking distance to many shops and restaurants, and a short walk to the free island trolley, which travels the entire length of the 7 miles of the island. Hop on and off at your leisure and explore shopping, dining and the beaches. The perfect location for your next beach vacation!

I highly recommend this property. The location is within walking distance to the beach and Pine Avenue. The house is supplied with everything you need. The outside grounds are a perfect paradise with hammocks, kayaks and comfortable seating to enjoy the canal in the back. We will definitely be back to enjoy this little piece of heaven.

Love Summer Breeze
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Summer Breeze. It is within walking distance of the gulf and close to shops and restaurants. The Property was neater and nicer then the pictures even show. The outdoor space was super great and private feeling while still having opportunity to talk to guests who were sharing the property. The owner was also around and very helpful especially with launching the kayaks. Also we were way closer to the beach than expected. It was literally a two minute walk. We would Absolutely stay there again!

Perfect End to 2020!
My partner and I stayed at this property for a get away from the Chicago cold! If I could give this property more then 5 stars I would. The listing is exactly as described and the location is perfect. Being on the north end of the Island was absolutely preferred by us, as it was much less crowded. The house was directly across the street from the beach in a quiet neighborhood. The house was spotless and we felt very comfortable. The house really had everything we could have needed and it was perfect for us! We really enjoyed the Kayak's and the hammock. Thank you again for the perfect stay and we hope to come back!

My husband and I just returned from a wonderful, relaxing vacation at Summer Breeze cottage. The pictures are accurate. The cottage was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and had very nice appliances. We loved using the kayaks and we rented fishing poles from Fun and More rentals. We enjoyed relaxing and catching fish off the lovely shaded dock. The grounds of the rental were beautifully landscaped with lush tropical plants. Henry, the owner, lives on the premises and was responsive and very friendly. We enjoyed meeting him and chatting with him. The best part is the close proximity to the beach. We were within a couple hundred steps of the Gulf with a beautiful white sand beach. We practically had the beach to ourselves most of the time. Pine Avenue shops are within walking distance. We also walked to the Sandbar for lunch. We rented a golf cart one day to explore the area. That was a lot of fun. I would recommend reserving a cart before you arrive on the island. They are a popular rental activity and are cheaper to order on line than in the shops. We loved this rental and plan to go back again.

Best Shower on AMI!
What a delightful cottage! Perfect for a couple and dog friendly, this sweet space is perfectly appointed. It had every single thing you could possibly need for a great island experience. From beach chairs and towels to cookware and utensils, this place has everything and everything works. Quiet and comfortable with easy access to the beach and bayou, the private dock, kayaks, outdoor furnishings, and hammocks make it feel like a private oasis. I lived on AMI for a long time, and have visited frequently. I've taken a lot of showers on this island, and most were pretty underwhelming. The shower in this place is amazing! The water pressure is incredible and that shower head means business. If you love a nice, long shower after a day in paradise, this is the right spot. Just an enjoyable, affordable island place that will remind you why you keep coming back.

Best place for couples in Anna Maria
Everything was top notch at our rental, we had a fantastic 8 night stay. The bed is comfortable, medium/firm, and there are four way above average pillows, including two "My Pillows" and two pillows I liked even better. The coffee maker takes a number 4 filter and there is a burr grinder, also a reusable filter. Kitchen is very well equipped, and the Weber grill is first class. The grill gets cleaned and the gas tank checked by the property owner between every renter so no need to worry about gas. There are two duplexes on this property and the owner occupies one unit. He works tirelessly for the comfort of his guests and we had many good conversations on the dock. Other useful information for renters: The place had plenty of spices and even coffee. There is laundry detergent, dish detergent, dishwasher detergent, and hand soap. There are plenty of towels and lots of beach stuff and SPF lotions left over from others, plus the place has beach chairs, a cooler, beach umbrella and anchors (use the steel one). TVs in both living room and bedroom with loads of channels: In the living room, point the Brightstar remote and hit System On/Off, wait a few seconds and next navigate using Guide, no other remote necessary. In the bedroom, hit the TV and the Cable buttons on top of the Spectrum remote for system on and off. Yes, this took me a while to figure out. There is an osprey family nesting in the top of a tree just 40 yards away down Spruce street, toward the beach access. We had fun watching them from the patio. Overall a great stay, we will be back.
