Sky by Serendipity is a unique, elevated island home with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Conveniently located on the north end of Anna Maria across the street from the Bay Beach and walking distance to Pine Avenue. Enjoy the water views from the screened front porch or the sunsets from the rear screened porch. Bikes, Paddle Boards and a golf cart included.

For those guests wanting to use the Equipment provided, we do require a signed waiver for anyone 18 or older.  The Golf Cart provided requires anyone 25 plus to sign a golf cart agreement.
We are pet friendly!  Pre-approved pet's , a signed pet agreement and pet fee paid in full will be needed. 
(Signed Waivers Required for all Amenities. Golf Cart limited to adults 25+ with a valid DL, Auto Insurance and signed waiver)

Great time
Had everything we needed. Convenient to everything. Very comfortable. Didn’t expect steps - don’t know if I just missed that on the description. Elevator was helpful but didn’t always work properly. Golf cart was a big plus - a lot of fun.

Great stay in Anna Maria
Great location. The smell of Pine Sol was overpowering when we arrived but fortunately it was cool enough outside to open the doors and air the place out. The place was clean and the beds were comfortable which was a real plus. There are 2 bathrooms - one is connected to the master bedroom while the other is in the hallway. Two of the rooms are converted patios and when the doors are closed to those rooms it can get very warm. There are fans mounted to the walls in both of those rooms but they are so loud even on the lowest setting that it would be hard to sleep with them on. This is just an FYI for anyone wanting to know about the comment someone else made about the patio/closet rooms for this listing. The golf cart was plugged in when we arrived but the wall switch had not been turned on so it didn't work. We had to let it charge overnight so we could use it the next day. Also, the garage door would not close once opened as it had come unhooked from the pulley system. There are 2 couches in the living room but one has no springs left in it so is hard to sit on. The home is right across the street from the bay and a park and only about a 10 minute walk to Pine Street which is where most of the restaurants and shops are. I would give the house a 3.5 star rating and the location a 5.

Unique property conveniently located
Myself, my teenage daughter & 3 of her girlfriends had a fabulous time! Super close to both piers, Bean Point beach, and town. I love how the property came with a golf cart. In order to get around this is necessary! The accommodations were unique and the decor was modern and earthy. The two bedrooms located in the patio did get a little warm during the night but they both have a high power fan. The elevator was a great way to bring in luggage and groceries. The hot tub was a bonus for the teenagers! They spent most of the weekend in there. Bring toiletries like shampoo, conditioner & body wash. We didn’t realize it wasn’t provide and had to run to CVS. Laundry detergent, dish washing detergent and all the household basics were provided. I would definitely stay here again & communication was fantastic!

The home is located in a great part of Anna Maria Island. We had easy access to everything we needed whether we walked, biked, or took a golf cart. Communication with host was great!

Not what we expected
We were disappointed in our stay. We needed a 4 bedroom villa, and this was advertised as such. However, 2 of the 'bedrooms' were converted porches or closets, which had NO external windows and NO air conditioning vents. Given it was summer in Florida, one of the rooms was too hot to sleep in. There was also zero follow up during or after our check-in. We called the owner the night of check-in but didn't hear back for several days. It's a beautiful location, but the unit is not advertised correctly. This is not a legal 4 bedroom unit.

Comfort, location, toys - all great!
Sky house is in a perfect location at the N end of Anna Maria. You can sit on the screened in porch and enjoy your coffee in the morning while you look over at the ocean which is visible directly across the street. The house is great for a group of 4 friends, we came for a girl's trip and had a wonderful time. The house had everything we needed. Well stocked kitchen, comfortable furniture and beds, nice linens and TVs in every bedroom for those who like to fall asleep to TV or wake up and watch the news. We had everything we needed for a week's stay. The golf cart and beach chairs were good quality. Beach access points are close by. We asked for 4 bicycles and we got them in perfect condition. The property manager Rick was responsive and friendly, he even took the time from his busy schedule to show us some of his other beachfront properties we may consider for a future stay. We made great memories here, and I would definitely return.

Spacious house in great location
This is a lovely property that is large enough for four adults to spend the holidays. It was a little chilly and windy when we were there, but with the bikes + golf cart we were able to all have enough space and time to not go crazy (all of us being introverts). We did cook every night while we were there, which was a little tricky as the kitchen only had one oven-safe dish that actually fit in the oven and only one sautee pan over ~6" diameter. We cooked in a lot of batches -- but it worked! Overall, this was a great, very clean place in a very convenient location. Thank you so much for letting us stay!

Perfect house!
My husband and I and 2 grown daughters spent Christmas at Sky. The house was fantastic - our daughters loved the sleeping porches - the view off the front porch was wonderful for people watching. The amenities were amazing - 4 person golf cart, 2 paddleboards, kayak, bicycles - was a great place for active people! Rick was great!

Wonderful location, property
We had a lovely time at this beautiful condo. The location can’t be beat- across a quiet street from the beach, and some water views, plus you can hear the surf. Property was clean and well equipped. Note kitchen appliances are not new, but worked well and kitchen was sparkling clean.
