Room accommodation is very good! The hygiene products are very good but the next room unfortunately had very noisy people! All night and the morning talking very loudly, slamming doors, it got in the way of traveling a little!

Doesn’t service the room at all. Noisy neighbors, hearing sexual noises and no staff hardly in the building. Will not be rebooking with them. Also, first room smelled like cigarettes and mold was noticed in the corner

It was a nice comtable stay but the only thing i didn't like is that house keeping team tried to come to the room while i was still in bed, stating that i check out last nigh. After i gave them my name, they had the wrong room.

The girl gave my room key away to a MAN 5 minutes after me AND MY CHILDREN CHECKED IN. when I went to confront her she said she was hoping I was okay. Then the second night 4am the head board falls off the wall where my kids were sleeping. When I called to complain and resolve the issue. Raj the manager yelled at me and called me a freeloader. I paid almost $300 for my stay and since both my nights were compromised especially them not changing my room when she gave my key away they needed to be comped. He yelled and hung up on me.

The first room, the toilet was broken and didn’t flush. Got changed to another room, floor was lifting and broken in bathroom, TV only got 4 channels (2 English and 2 Spanish), can hear main road all night long.

Definitely would book again!
Front desk at check in was welcoming and very knowledgeable about the property and where our room was located. Made it very easy and quick. Room was invitingly clean and smelled fresh. The only small thing was the floor tile in the middle of the 2 queen beds were so scraped up and etched almost like it was graffiti with a very sharp object. It’s totally ruined but we didn’t let that ruin our stay. Breakfast at 6am was hot and delicious. Thank you!
