“The best night's sleep of our entire vacation! This hotel was a wonderful surprise. The staff were friendly - but not overbearing. The rooms were sparkling clean and fresh. The beds were soooo comfortable. The blackout curtains worked fantastically. AND it was quiet.”

“It was a pretty decent stay at this place. Stayed for couple of nights with family. The only big town near the great sand dunes national park. The room was spacious enough and equipped with fridge and microwave. They had a city wide planned power outage on one of nights for 5 hours .But, was able to still sleep in since the weather was not too hot at night. Breakfast was okay. Closer to the street so can get louder at times. But, overall had a good stay. Surely recommend this place. ”

“Love the fact that I had my two pets and I was able to stay there with my son and my two babies. The lady at the front was very nice and polite.”

“This was a very interesting property since it has a drive in theater adjacent to it. You have a huge windo and a speaker to enjoy the movie. The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was not too hard or too soft it was just right. This is a great older motel with a classic feel.”

“Trisha is one of those hosts who has obviously traveled and brought her travel knowledge to her own rental cabin. A large cabinet holds everything one might need! The bed is super comfy, the dark sky is wonderful, the dogs loved it and she has lots of local information! We'll definitely be back!”
