“The moment we arrived the staff welcomed us. The room was very clean. Breakfast buffet had a good variety and fresh. We'll definitely be back. ”

“The lobby was decent. It was easy to check in. The room however wasn't clean. There was hair in multiple places in the room. The beds weren't made. Come to find out, the room should've never been rented out because it wasnt cleaned even though it was assigned to us. The staff was helpful to get the room cleaned. They offered us complimentary breakfast vouchebut we chose to cancel the reservation and went to a different hotel.”

“Me suspendieron la reservación, llegamos tarde porque mi viaje lo atrasaron estábamos bien cansados y ahí nos informan que no las cancelaron sin razón alguna y ya estaba todo pago y al sol de hoy estoy luchando para que me devuelvan mi dinero. “We had several issues while staying here from them losing power and not having a backup generator to the elevator nor work to no hot water. Internet not working so not able to watch tv. Pool area had chemiclas all over the deck area, to dirty bathrooms. Addressed these issues with staff and was promised that management would contact me within 72 hrs. Nothing from management but noticed they refunded $23.25 back to my card. They should have done better than that. I would not recoomend this place……

“I booked a twin room for two nights, but the staff thought I was staying alone and changed it to a king-size room. The hotel did not provide room cleaning service, the shower head in the bathroom suddenly became smaller when I was taking a shower, the hot water was not sufficient, and my deposit was not returned to me.”

“The cleanliness of the room was unacceptable. There was a smell immediately upon opening the door, there were water stains in the ceiling, pieces of hair in the bathroom and marks on the walls. When asked to see another room, the main door of the room wouldn't shut. ”

“Dirty room, walls where dirty, smell funky. I had to leave 1 day before I couldn't stay one day more. All the light fixtures and lamps inside the room are full of dust.”

“That was the best breakfast that Evelyn did. She was super attentive to the breakfast. They actually had healthy options (chia pudding with flax seeds wow) and a crazy array of salsas or fixings for tacos and/or eggs. Never have I seen that. I never eat at the hotels but this time I did!! The room was very large and nice!”

“I loved the staff; they were great and super helpful, especially Ms.Lesilie. However, the room I stayed in wasn't the cleanest. The shower curtain was brown and had little black stains on it, as if bugs had been smashed on it. The bed sheets had red staining on them, so I got new ones. Overall, I loved the time spent here. I just wish it were cleaner. ”

“Nice home, well appointed for a family or 3. Extremely organized and everything you need for the weekend. A salt lick outside the kitchen window invites the deer at sunrise. The short road to the drive is steep, rocky, and has deep water ruts… it’s drivable but an SUV or higher ground clearance helps. ”
