I wish they had the cookies upon check in. They should know the number of people staying for the night and plan accordingly. They also ran out of hot water by 9 pm.

Room was nice. Would like to have had a Bible in the room. Also, although I know alarm clocks are somewhat unnecessary with cell phones these days. It would be nice to have some form of clock in the room.

We were there for a hockey tournament so it was very close to the arena. They were great with kids. Nice outdoor courtyard.

I called and asked for an early check in Because we drove 15 and didn’t mind paying. no accommodations were made we were told the room would be ready by 1 we waited and waited and waited and nothing at all. I asked the front desk to put carpet cleaner on the carpet because it smelled horrible and nothing was done. So basically don’t ask for nothing to be done because it won’t be done

The bed felt like I was sleeping on the ground. We will not return. A good night’s sleep is important. There were children running around making a lot of noise. They were not supervised, and they were using their fingers in inappropriate ways.

My boyfriend and I came for our anniversary and it was loaded with kids and they were very rude running around and making a lot of noise. I understand there’s always kids but it would be a good thing to mention there’s a young girls tournament there for the weekend

Great property, easy to get to off the interstate, close to the shopping malls etc... things didnt people not watching their children and them running up and down the halls, pushing the elevator buttons so they stopped at every level. No fault of the hotel...

This hotel is definitely the best in the area. Convenient location to nearby attractions, shopping, and restaurants. Very clean room and the bed are actually comfortable! The pool was very nice and the perfect temperature. The hot tub is huge so that was a plus. The breakfast buffet has a great variety of hot and cold choices. Definitely will be staying here on every trip to the area from now on.
