We had such a wonderful stay! The condo was lovely, very clean, and had super comfy beds. The view was amazing — we even saw deer come out of the woods every evening, which was such a treat. The owner was incredibly kind and easy to work with. We’ll definitely rent here again!

Great stay at Seascape

Perfect condo for 3 kids and 2 adults. Check in and access to the resort amenities was easy and great for the kids. Would recommend absolutely and will be back.

Wonderful Vacation

We had a lovely time at Sea Scape. This condo is beautifully decorated with extremely comfortable beds. We enjoyed catching up with family and friends living in the Aptos area.

Great Property

Great property and terrific view! The unit was nicely furnished and well stocked. We stay at SeaScape frequently and really like this location at the north end of the property. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable and comfortable!

Stay was fabulous, except for the fact that the cleaning folks had not cleaned before we arrived. They did come shortly after I reached out to the VRBO property manager, but we still lost a couple hours of R&R time while the were doing their job. And as we were requested to load and start the dishwasher before leaving, but there was no dishwashing detergent I could find (and I did look everywhere I could). Again reached out to the VRBO manager who told me to not bother, but still, a little thing that slipped by.All in all, though, this was a fantastic getaway in a luxurious space with gorgeous views and comfortable beds. If I’m ever planning another getaway like this, I would rent this place again.

Great location, wonderful view from the balconies. Wonderful walk right down to the beach. Had a great time, kitchen fully stocked, made dinner twice. Only suggestion is bring an HDMI cord and your computer for streaming options.

We spent the weekend at Seascape with friends from our neighborhood and family members- we all booked at the resort and met up at the beach and on the lawns for evening sunsets! It was beautiful weather and such a great location. Beach games and BBQs and lots of smiles.

Wonderful experience. Clean, communication good. Nice balconies and view. Most everything provided-linens, dishes, beach towels, games. Each balcony has a table and chairs. Store within walking distance.

a wonderful time in Aptos

everything included in our stay was amazing, from accessibility to other places outside of the resort, to amazing views from everywhere. the beach was beautiful, and it was so nice to watch the sunset from the restaurant that was a 2 minute walk from the unit or from the units decks. there was also a pool, which was so fun to swim in. overall, this was a wonderful stay and we will definitely come again. The place was very comfortable for the five of us (4 adults and 1 child). Thank you

Relaxing and convenient

I liked the North side. It was quiet and had many deer. Nice condo. It hadn’t been cleaned when we arrived. I called and it was done quickly and with customer service in mind - I appreciated that.

Amazing location and cozy stay

A small group of friends and I stayed here for the weekend, and the location was everything. There’s an ocean view from the living room, upstairs primary bedroom, and both balconies. We could hear the waves crashing which was soothing. The house is clean and mostly stocked. We appreciated having 2.5 bathrooms and big beds which were pretty comfy. The saltwater pool And jacuzzi are a stones throw from the condo, too. The owners are responsive and when we needed dishtowels, they sent them within an hour. Loved the area and had awesome relaxing weekend here. I’m looking forward to going back!

Lovely stay

We had a beautiful Family weekend To end our summer vacation We brought our kids with us ranging in age 7-15 And they all had a blast. The property is beautiful, and the condo was exactly as listed. The views from both patios were perfect. And the sound of the waves crashing at night was exactly what I wanted. everything was in perfect working condition with zero complaints. Bonus for comfortable beds! The walk down to the beach is a little bit of a workout, but truly worth it!! We will be returning!

A Fabulous Place To Stay-Great Resort

The condo was immaculate on arrival. The owner puts a lot of TLC in to the maintenance. All appliances, bathrooms and interior fixtures worked flawlessly. The location as advertised provides a stunning ocean view from exterior balcony off the living room. Great for morning coffee and quiet time. My family loved this place.We found the tennis courts in great shape. Played Seascape Golf Club nearby. In terrific condition. Everyone wants to come back next year.

Aptos and Monterey Vacation

This is a wonderful condo in a beautiful oceanfront resort. The location is very easy to find, and the checkin/checkout process couldn't be simpler. Everything is just as good or better than pictured in the listing. Our family of five loved our stay here, and the condo worked perfectly for our needs. The location is situated directly in between some great destinations. We flew into San Francisco, spent a night there, and then drove to Big Basin and Henry Cowell State Parks on the way. We drove to Monterey 3 different days for the aquarium, Cannery Row, and a whale watching tour out of Fisherman's Wharf. The condo is only 20-30 minutes south of some beautiful Redwoods at Henry Cowell, and about 40 minutes or so north of everything Monterey has to offer. This specific condo is very private, and the grounds are well kept and secure, with visible security guards in the nights/evenings. We travel to a lot of different destinations, but if we returned to this area we would definitely stay here again.
