“I got to Cabin 9 around 9pm after a long drive on icy roads on a 15 degree evening. When I opened the door to the cabin I was surprised to find it freezing cold inside, but I followed the directions to turn on the single small wall-mounted heater. My family and I spent about an hour in our coats in the sauna waiting for warm air to happen, and repeatedly reaching out to property management. The warm air never happened. “Excellent place to stay with my five teenage kids. Many fun games to play and hot tub is a must for them. This is the first place we've rented with a sauna and it was also nice on a very cold, windy night. The heated floors were also nice. Only things I would change about the place are add a bathroom in the lower level and leave a book with instructions for renters. “What a find! Motel Bear Lake was a last minute reservation for me. I got there late and the office was closed but I texted the number and immediately got a call back. The person walked me through getting into my room while I was still on the phone. The room was lovely, spotless, and full of little treats. A unique spot, truly. Would 100% stay again.”
