“The rooms were very good size and the beds were very comfortable. Also, the location in Palermo Soho was great. Many dining options nearby, etc. The most outstanding thing about the Glu, however, was the staff. The place was extremely clean and the front desk personnel were so friendly and helpful with restaurant or drink recommendations. ”

“Very nice rooms, good value and good location. We did have a couple issues. The communication and check in process is fine up to a point. When you actually arrive at the address, you must use the Deluxe Apartments WiFi to communicate, which we did not know. Luckily we were able to enter when someone left and then everything was easy and the hosts were great. If you arrive after hours just be aware you need the property WiFi. The other problem was the street noise and construction in adjacent……

“The amenities could’ve improved. We received really old torn towels. There was no kettle to prepare tea. No blow dryer at hand but the staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating. ”
