There were many amenities that you don’t usually find in a rental property. The owner has gone to great lengths to make it a welcoming oasis. “The house was immaculate upon arrival. The area is beautiful - set in a more rural area near Columbia, TN. There was a pond on the property our dogs enjoyed walking to each day.
