“Clean home. Hosts were good communicators. My daughter broke out from the blankets, so I’m not sure if a cat had been on them or if they just needed to be washed.”

“We absolutely loved our stay at the cottage! Our kids (ages 15, 14, 12, and 10) enjoyed exploring the property, fishing in the private pond, and sleeping in the large, comfy bunk beds. We all enjoyed the sunrises, sunsets, comfy outdoor furniture, and abundant wildlife (turkeys, geese, ducks, and deer)! The property is just as pictured and is close to numerous restaurants and grocery stores. We enjoyed day trips to Franklin, downtown Nashville, Vanderbilt for a baseball game, and Tuscaloosa, AL……

“The Cottage was the perfect place for our getaway! The hosts were very fast to answer emails. The place was furnished with all of the comforts of home. It is located in a very quaint and quiet neighborhood. Easy to navigate from. We hope to return in the future!”

“Very nice! The decor in all of the rooms was so cute. It was a nice and cool temperature in the house. All of the bedrooms have ceiling fans which made for a good nights sleep. It was a great location and the neighborhood seemed very safe! We loved having our coffee on the covered front porch in the morning. We most definitely would stay here again if we did it all over again. ”

“The property was excellent. It was a clean place, perfect size for us and our little dog. Quiet in the evenings but centrally located in Nashville. We were able to get downtown and to Broadway within 10 minutes. The owner was responsive and even suggested some places to visit and places to eat. Strongly recommmend this house. ”

“This is the 1st time we've had a fenced in yard for our dog. It was so wonderful! The projector and screen on the wall were really cool. The kitchen and bathroom were super cute! I wish we'd have been there longer to enjoy a fire outside. ”
