“The outlets didn't work so we couldn't charge our phones, watch etc. It was quiet and parking was good. Breakfast was OK but I didn't know what was in the paper. Waffles were good. ”

“It was obvious the tension between the 2 women at front desk- it appeared one was training the other, she kept interrupting her- and saying negative things- when we asked to add our IHG account for points she was very rude saying no we cant because you booked through a 3rd party- you should of just booked through us then you'd get your points- reprimanded me like a child. We have never had this rude service before- wont be staying here again.”
