“It had rained before we got there and the power was out until after 10:00pm. The parking area was all muddy. No way to clean off your shoes. Bed was good.”

“Our recent stay was very disappointing and did not match the listing or expectations created by the description. The listing indicates there is outdoor seating, but there was no outside seating available during our stay. There were also broken fixtures in the bathroom, which made the space feel poorly maintained. Most concerning, the following morning we discovered blood on the duvet. Because of these issues, we decided to check out and leave rather than continue our stay. It is also important……

“So so disappointed! The room was pretty much wall-to-wall bed (king size) and the area around the bed was so narrow barely room to walk with one side only able to walk sideways. The room could have been cleaner; dust was thick on some baseboards. On second night, smoke alarm on the (12 ft?) high ceiling started beeping loudly like it needed the battery changed. We called to the office to tell them and it was so loud that we couldn’t sleep (this was in the evening); she said she’d call……

“Loved our stay at Cozy Mountain Cabin! It was so peaceful being among the trees. Saw deer almost every morning crossing right in front of the cabin! We had everything we needed for our stay. Cabin was clean and ready when we got there. It was very close to town and was easy to get to the Grand Canyon Railway for our jaunt to the canyon. Chris was excellent in the communication area also. Would definitely stay there again if we were in area and would recommend it to family and friends.”

“I booked a cabin, paid upfront, and they tried to put me in a motel room at the same price. They put someone else in my cabin, so finally they put me in a different one with no loft. The parking they suggested was not great, and the fan in the bathroom made weird noises. Whoever cleaned didn't check the coffee pot, where it looked like a science experiment was brewing. Book at your own risk.”
