“We appreciated the book with all the info and the little touches like the hot chocolate. Everything was very comfortable and we liked being out in the wooded area with the kids. ”

“Our stay at the Cozy Cabin exceeded our expectations. It was the perfect size for our family and provided a relaxing and enjoyable place to enjoy nature and time together. Our kids loved all the toys available and time around the fire pit making smores. Chris was great about quickly responding to messages. It also was nice to be close enough to some of the fun family activities in Williams. We would definitely stay here again and recommend for any family, especially young kids. ”

“Overall, it was a great stay. It was close to Main Street Williams but far enough away to feel quiet and secluded. We loved the dogs on premises. They made my daughters’ day. They were very friendly and sweet. The property had a beautiful view. It was clean and the perfect size. We appreciated the separate bathroom for the kids. Thank you for a wonderful stay!”

“Really enjoyed our stay. Beautiful surroundings! Very quiet! Very comfortable home to stay in. Looking forward to our next trip! ”

“Property was beautiful and clean. Garbage disposal wasn't working. I pulled 2 bottle caps and a metal ball out then it worked perfectly fine. There was a dirty pizza pan in the oven. Out door grill needed a thorough cleaning. We bbq'd steaks but had to clean the grill first. We locked the windows prior to leaving. The windows were not locked when we arrived.”

“Seat ”

“We loved our stay here for our large group (6 adults 6 small children). The structure in the photo with the garage door is the second (guest) cabin. Property was stocked with copious amounts of wood for the outdoor fire pit, main fireplace in the main cabin, and wood stove in the guest cabin. So many utensils and accessories in the main kitchen. Nice televisions with plenty of apps (bowl games!) and internet worked great. We never left property for the two nights we stayed. I read a few reviews……

“Everything was great! Last half mile of road was really bumpy but other than that all good! Perfect location for day trips to Sedona and Grand Canyon!”

"We arrived on a snowy night, and the front desk staff were incredibly friendly. When we asked for nearby restaurant recommendations, she gave us a small note they had prepared in advance, which made it easy to find the places they suggested. The room was warm and comfortable, and the breakfast was hearty and delicious. In the morning, as we were checking out, they kindly helped us check whether any of the roads on our route were closed due to the snow. We really appreciated their help. If we visit the Grand Canyon again, we’ll definitely choose to stay here once more."
