“So so disappointed! The room was pretty much wall-to-wall bed (king size) and the area around the bed was so narrow barely room to walk with one side only able to walk sideways. “The bathroom was not cleaned between guest. There were poop stains on the toilet. The fridge had the previous guests food in it and the TV didn’t work. Front desk lady blames us for rushing her because we showed up 30 min early for our check in time. She moved us to a different room that was not much better. The room temp would either be burning hot or freezing cold. No in between. You are better off staying in a hotel.”

“We enjoyed our clean stay at the Cozy Cabins. The rooms were incredibly clean and right against National Forest! We enjoyed the warm shower and other amenities. The air conditioning was not listed but was in the room and VERY nice. “The property is beautiful and as advertised. My only problem was not able to take a hot shower. We didn't shower the first night to help them conserve water because of a sign on property asking for conservation of water of where we could. I am very familiar with using facilities with a tankless hot water heater as this one had for I have them in my home. I ran the water for at least 10 to 15 min trying to get it hot but to the best I could get was lukewarm. Interesting the kitchen sink put out……

“On Expedia this listing says CLEARLY “dogs and cats allowed” only to get there and be threatened with a $150 fine for violating NO PETS POLICY. So BEWARE of this when making reservation.
