“The entire property was in disrepair and dirty. Nothing looked like it had online. I took pictures of the unacceptable state of the room, and went back to the office to hand in the key cards. “it was horrible, roaches everywhere in the room. asked to switch to a different room and that room was even worse! the floors were extremely dirty, the towel and wash clothes provided were yellow. they were supposed to be white and clean. it was the worst motel i’ve ever stayed in. roaches infested my bags and even crawled on me during sleep. i got out of there. the staff wasn’t helpful at all.”
