“House was clean, entire family was comfy, central to everything”

“La casa estaba bien, pero nunca nos pudimos poner en contacto con el anfitrión, el teléfono que nos dio estaba apagado y nos quedamos casi 2 horas afuera de la casa sin poder entrar. Cuando por fin entramos, nunca nos dieron la clave del internet, nuevamente estuvimos buscando al anfitrión y a los asesores de hoteles.com y no nos resolvieron nada. Durante toda la estancia estuvimos sin internet! En la segunda mañana nos abrieron la camioneta y nos robaron varias cosas, seguimos sin poder……

“This is a great little property tucked in a quiet area of Alamo Heights. The house has a nice 50’s vibe, and the hot tub and little yard are great for hanging with family. The home is outfitted with comfy furniture and a full kitchen, with a few added entertainment qualities that make it really fun. The only draw back that might keep me from staying again was the bathroom. The shower is a menace to society, small and didn’t drain well. If you have any mobility issues it will be a little scary……

“This is a hired company, acting on someone else's behalf with zero communication. Completely stressful when it should not have been.There IS a deposit that you have to email them a picture of your credit card, ID and a selfie but the actual amount isn't listed. Even Expedia had no clue the deposit amount. The area is not a good area, actually marked as an area to avoid. But we had no issues. House was clean but trash in the front yard and back yard. Biggest issue was communication, our place……
