Welcome to Rose & Reed's Retreat, a modern rustic 3 bedroom, 2 bath A-frame home located in the beautiful Sleepy Hollow Lake area. This is a luxurious private home built to cater to the needs of our guests, and as part of the Sleepy Hollow Lake association, you have free access to two pools (seasonal), tennis courts (two that are lighted), pickleball, fishing, basketballs, playgrounds, volleyball and more. It's both away from it all yet close to Hudson, skiing, Catskills, Saugerties & much more!

The house also is equipped with games, books, poker, corn hole, horseshoes a basketball, and tennis racquets.

Lee’s home is clean, comfortable and located in a quiet and peaceful setting. Close by to Hudson. We felt super relaxed here and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Relaxing holiday weekend
The house was a great jumping-off point for a family weekend away in the Catskills. Enjoyed the barbeque and took advantage of some of the community amenities. Lots of neighboring cute towns and hiking trails nearby. The house itself met all of our needs and Lee was super responsive and helpful. There were a few ongoing repairs (deck railing) but nothing that impacted our stay.
