Refused to give a refund or make it right by giving us a room for the correct date. Woman at the front desk was extremely rude. Had to dispute the charge with my bank.”

Who knows what those brown things on the wall at the toilet were. One wash cloth, one hand towel, two bath towels for 2 people. All towels and sheets were dingy and had marks on them. NEVER AGAIN. ”
