There was no power at the site when we arrived so we decided not to check in. We arrived at 2:30am and the power had been out since 11pm. Rather than stay and deal with the inconvenience we decided to drive home to NC.

When I got to my room it was freezing in the room. The refrigerator needed to be defrost, so that made it difficult for me to put my stuff in the refrigerator because it was too iced up. The clerk at the front desk was very arrogant and mean when I tried to get some information. Other than that to stay was okay.

Located close to the airport (about 10 mins or so) but in a somewhat sketchy area. It sits behind a chevron and a motel 6. Although the area is sketchy they try to combat this by having a parking lot attendant on site all night to make sure no one breaks into your car. If you know Atlanta you’ll understand the value in this. Ms. Betty makes the best breakfast during the week and she makes sure to give you a Turkey option if you don’t eat beef or pork. The staff was friendly although a little slow to clean rooms for overnight guests. When the rooms were cleaned they were cleaned well. A great value for your money. If I had a little more money to play with I may stay on the other side of the overpass in the Hilton or a more upscale spot. However, I paid about $100 per night for 5 nights which included breakfast and a parking attendant. About 20 mins from almost anything fun to do in the city.
