A little piece of paradise in this downtown Atlanta getaway! Luxury awaits in this stunning, 1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom Presidential suite. This place brings a unique, cool, hip vibe to the table that takes you to a carefree state! You can check out the rooftop pool and the Tiki Bar/Restaurant without even leaving the building! The unit can sleep up to 4 adults, as long as you don't mind 2 per bed. There is a king-sized piece of heaven for you to sleep in located in the Master Bedroom. It's so comfortable, you might not want to leave! The additional sleeping area is located in the separate living room in the form of a pull-out sofa. No fighting over who gets the king-sized bed is allowed in the unit :)

There is a FULL KITCHEN in this unit, which comes with a dishwasher, oven/stove, and full refrigerator. Most dishes and utensils are also provided with the unit. The only thing we ask is that you load the dirty dishes in the washer before you leave. And I almost forgot to mention the margarita maker on the counter..... Drink Responsibly! There is a stackable washer and dryer in the unit as well. So no need to worry if you spill a little of your drink on your clothes after getting tipsy!

There are tons of things to do in the area surrounding the building. Since it's located in the heart of downtown Atlanta, overlooking beautiful Centennial Olympic Park, most attractions like the SkyView Observation Wheel, museums and the Georgia Aquarium, College Football Hall of Fame are all within walking distance of the building or a short Uber or Lyft drive away.

Linen and towels are provided, and additional towels and bedding can be requested from the concierge in the main lobby.

Please note I cannot pick the exact unit you will be assigned. If you'd like a certain floor or view, I am happy to make that request for you, but I can't make any promises. The front desk will grant any requests at check-in if they have them available, and you will be given details and directions to your unit at that time.
