One night stay while traveling

Posted May 21, 2017 on Hotelsit was a nice room and location, they gave us a room close to the registration because I was allow with my two kids. The pool was opened but we still had fun. I think they should let breakfast last until 10 on weekends because people usually sleep late.

Posted Apr 13, 2017 on HotelsI was not impressed at all. definitely not worth what they are charging. the room was dirty and run down. the walls were peeling. the floors and curtain was grungy. the chair was tattered. The bedding and towels were stained and yellowing. the tv reception was horrible, grainy picture on every channel. there was literally feces on the wall next to the toilet surrounding the toilet paper holder. I cleaned/scrubbed it off myself with our own wipes. the breakfast bar was disappointing. the eggs were bland and both types of sausage were disgusting. the milk was sitting out without anything to keep it chilled and tasted watered down. the only thing really any good was the waffles. we even tried putting syrup on the eggs and sausage but still couldn't stand to eat them. we won't be staying here again That's for sure.

OK for the money
Posted Jan 31, 2017While building is old, and it shows, they keep it in acceptable condition. Temperature setting on room Heat/Cool unit had no apparent meaning. Set on Cool, it ran all the time. Set on Heat it smelled of burnt oil. TV picture quality and channel availability was poor. Retrofitted bathroom had no exhaust, etc. The room did have a working fridge, microwave, coffee maker, iron and ironing board. However, its location (just off I-85), helpful staff, daily housekeeping, good free WiFi and free breakfast provide value to the place. Good inexpensive hotel if you do your business (or sight seeing) elsewhere during day time and just come here to sleep. Will I recommend it? For the money - Yes.
