Not the best value. You get what you pay for. Recommended parking garage was a nightmare. Tiny spaces, bad signage, people driving in reverse down the ramps after going the wrong direction. It was chaos. Turns out there are cheaper, easier places to park close by. Cockroach in shower didn't really bother us, but the shower itself did. ZERO water pressure, dangerously hot, difficult to get to a proper temperature. My partner never washed her hair because of this. Toilet ran all night long. Walls VERY thin by the way. Can hear your neighbors. They didn't use a sheet or cover for the box springs under the mattress which was filthy, torn up and had holes in it. Looked like it fell off a truck. Not sure why you wouldn't just cover it up. Also, no real coffee anywhere in the building, just the little ones in the room. Surprisingly found most the coffee shops close by were closed on a Saturday morning.
None of these issues were a major deal breaker. It's a cheap place in downtown Atlanta. Having said that, I'd probably find a different cheap place next time I am in the area. There's a ton of options.
