The stay was actually very good after the first night, staff was very nice and respectful, breakfast and the staff monitoring the breakfast stand was A1. Great area close to shopping and restaurants. I rated the property average because of stains I found under the pillow I slept on the first night. I woke with my tongue and throat irritated, i went downstairs to tell the others i had traveled with and went back up stairs to sleep, i folded the pillow for elevation and i saw black stains, it looked like mold, however, i was told by one of the staff memebers that it could possibly be hair dye. My hair is in braids and was never dyed so it could not have been me, i asked for confirmation of what it was once the housekeeping staff took a look, they never got back to me. I was offered new pillows and apologies. I had to request a full change out of the sheets, i also requested that one night of the stay be refunded as i was appalled by this, but again no one got back to me. The gentleman who i spoke to identified himself as the assistant manager. I know things happen but sleeping on a moldy pillow or even an unclean pillow with somebody's hair dye on it left me quite uneasy the remainder of the trip.

The property was clean inside and out but the admenities were not up to par there was no soap in one of the showers, ants in the downstairs bathroom and loft, only two pots in the kitchen no skillets or pans, only one of the televisions worked and you could only watch the cable channels none of the streaming channels like Netflix. The other tvs didn’t even come on. We paid for the penthouse but the money paid didn’t feel worth it.
