“Property was exactly as listed with plenty to keep the kids occupied. The property is in a great location, where it is close to everything but you still have privacy. Quiet neighborhood, plenty of cookware and outdoor items. Fenced in back yard was a life saver with kids and pets! No issues whatsoever, stay was wonderful. The beds are great, but the huge sofa in the living room was beyond comfortable! We will definitely be back to visit again.”

“This was an absolute 5 star stay. The house was on a corner lot and spacious. Very clean. The sound system in the game area was a huge plus. I love the area and the little neighborhood. My mom and i walked around and met the neighbors behind us and they were super nice and even gave us some plants to take back to GA. The beds we comfortable. The shower pressure in the hall bathroom was AMAZING! Ken was fantastic with communicating before, during and after our stay. Perfect spot. Highly……

“This space was awesome!!!! Included beach towels… a small cooler.. 2 beach chairs and an umbrella! Parking is great bc u can park anywhere. I thought by pictures and map that we would b able to walk to Hannah park beach but that was a no go, but turned out just fine to b dropped off for beach baptism. We enjoyed this location bc very great restaurants are close… for having rented a car… and close enough for a day in st Augustine and then over to Amelia island.. great location for exploring. Pool……

“Nice property! We do wish that the water heater was better! We only had 4 adults who didn't shower daily but with a normal length shower the water heater couldn't keep up. The espresso machine was nice! ”

“This is a good location just off Atlantic Blvd. We could not hear the businesses next door and yes they had crowds, even the washer/dryer (big) and surprisingly quiet. I'm a landlord myself, so the place was clean, everything worked, and we had no real issues. It was great for just the two of us and would like to return for future visits. ”
