By far, best feature of the hotel is the pool area - it did not disappoint. Compared to so many other hotels, this pool has fun waterfalls which also provided shade. For the weekend we were there, it never felt crowded because the area in and around the pool is spacious.
Loved how breakfast was a little different each morning - plenty of options. Never seemed like anything was running out.
The bar and grill had great conch fritters - husband ordered them twice.

Seahorse remains the coolest spot at the end of Atlantic Boulevard!! Staff is great, room is awesome and the hotel bar, The Lemon Bar, is killer. That’s for perfection!

Room was very clean, which we so much appreciated!! Hot breakfast covered all the bases from fruit,eggs,made to order waffles,French toast,bagels muffins, juices coffee and oatmeal,biscuits and gravy. the location was close by the Mayo clinic. The only thing I did not like was the 13.00 per day parking fee. The parking was on site, so I feel the charge was just a money grab!! But overall I was pleased with my stay, exceeded my expectations!!

While I don't see myself that way, I do value cleanliness and enjoy discovering places that make me feel comfortable. I don't travel very often, but when I find a place that meets all my expectations, it's truly a rarity.

Pretty palm trees, friendly helpful staff, clean hotel, comfortable beds, third floor room has big walk in shower and separate tub, spacious room and bathroom, covered parking from sun and rain, convenient to beach, restaurants and shopping. Nice pool area and outside patio. Great breakfast!!

Reserved day of and didn’t get my requests (top floor, view of ocean)….but the design is so good - spacious rooms with no stale hotel smell - that I was ok with a middle floor. Hotel was quiet, clean and very well thought out. I don’t think it was full so not sure why I didn’t get my requests (view of parking lot instead)…but the Millennial vibes were appreciated. Lack of carpet, full kitchen, wood accents. Simple and elegant for a mid grade...

This property was in a convenient location between the college/university campuses and the beach. In addition to coffee shops and restaurants, there were plenty of shopping options within a few miles of the hotel. The rooms were quiet and the property was clean. The pool area was stocked with towels and comfortable reclining pool chairs. The only negative was that the pool was not heated. I would definitely stay at this property again!

Perfect hotel if you need to to go to mayo Clinic, only one exit away , they have a shuttle which saves you a lot of money and walking. Wonderful staff, a great value.

Not the easiest accessibility wise. Beautiful hotel but difficult to traverse with a physical disability. The parking is “far away” across from the hotel and not much parking, to be honest. I just needed a layover time to sleep and the beds were kind of rough, very firm but not terrible. It wasn’t all horrible, it was a very clean hotel with very clean rooms. It was just an accessible nightmare.
