The building Showboat is in an excellent location on the beach and boardwalk. The major attractions (Hard Rock, Ocean casino, and the boardwalk/beach) are literally downstairs! The new 85k Lucky Snake arcade is right downstairs in the Showboat building too; enjoy the great arcade games, go-karting, and rock climbing! Other attractions that are walkable or nearby are:
- Absecon Lighthouse
- Atlantic City Aquarium
- Marine Mammal Stranding Center
- Renaissance Plaza
- Brigantine Town Center
The building Showboat is in an excellent location on the beach and boardwalk. There are plenty of taxis and rideshare cars around at all hours. The major attractions (Hardrock, Ocean casino, and the boardwalk/beach) are literally downstairs!
Other Things to Note:
Please know that all Cozy Suites properties are smoke-free environments. Smoking, of any kind, is not permitted within or outside of our suites, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Please know that any sign of smoking is a violation of our stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination by security and fines of $500.
No parties or events
Late check out fee is at $75/hour
There's a $100 penalty fee for removing smoke detectors
No weapons or firearms allowed of any sort. Violators will be reported to police, escorted off the premise by security, and the contract will be immediately terminated.
Pets may be allowed (25lbs or less) for an additional fee ranging from $75 - $300 depending on the length of stay.
Although rare, accidental damage from guests does happen and traditionally this was managed via a security deposit by the guest or by the owner charging the guest for damages. This is highly unpleasant and puts a bitter taste in everyone's mouth. With our “all-risk” protection, all accidental damage by the guest up to $1,500 is covered unless it’s specifically excluded such as, but not limited to, normal wear and tear, infestation, or prior damage. Relax and enjoy the stay! It’s vacation time, so enjoy it with the peace of mind knowing that if an accident happens and damage occurs, you are protected with CozySuites' coverage! The $20 damage waiver fee has been included in the cleaning costs. This applies for all reservations made on or after 1/1/2021.
To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you WILL be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check. Failure to provide these documents will result in a cancellation and denied entry.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:
- You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
- You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
- You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking.
Minimum age requirement of primary person booking should be 22 years old. No weapons or drugs allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule.
Noise policy: Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. In addition, guests must agree to observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy.
Long-term stays (30 days+): Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check.
