"We love the water park and spacious room."

"We just returned from vacation, traveled with 2 kids (6 & 10). The location is perfect, close to shopping, dining and parks. In addition, the resort has few restaurants, ice crean caffee and even grocery store. We were not sure at the beginning due to reviews but we loved every moment we stayed Westgate resort. First of all the room was perfect for us (1 bedroom villa newly renovated) with full kitchen (incl. dishwasher)and 2 bathrooms. Second, it has sharable washer/dryer just at the coner of out room. The room had complimentary dishwasher soap and detergent. Behind the building it was a pool that closed 10pm that was perfect for us, we were able to enjoy swimming after hot walking day in the park. We had not enough towels but only with one call to the service desk the staff provided bunch of towels for us. Water park in the resort like a cherry on the cake was a great addition. Kids were super excited and we had a hard time to convince them to leave. Only one small minus, floors in the room was not clean and if the room had some bucket and mop I have no problem to mop it as I prefer. 5 stars to resort and staff. Thanks."

"This property was the perfect choice for my family and I. There's a water park, zip line and a pool to keep children occupied for hours which is a parents dream. I loved that the property was close to restaurants, supermarkets and gift shops."

"This property was amazing! We feel like we were in Key West. Everything was decorated so beautifully. Our room was incredibly clean smelled great. The staff were awesome. We feel like we found a hidden gem!! We will be back."

"Staff was really nice and friendly. Hot breakfast was really good and nice. Small nitty gritty like bathroom door was kind of dated and swollen with moisture so closed with quite a push but that’s alright. Overall, good stay. We may come again."

"We went from a cruise to here, and the staff here were very accommodating of our needs. The cottage was clean and very comfortable, easily holding four adults and all our luggage. The cottage was eclectically laid out, with things in odd places and no phone that we found. One of the bedrooms had USB charging ports, while the other did not. The staff was very welcoming and willing to help with all of our needs. There was a retro arcade game system with about 60 games on it. The resort itself had a wonderful spa, and a pool area with a bar and grill. Overall, it was very relaxing."
