The property was quite and the rooms was ok the only issue was the front desk agent Lilly didn’t want to accommodate for changes rooms cause of the door issues they attempted 4 times.

Room was well-maintained and clean. There were several cockroaches found in the bathroom; however, that is not terribly uncommon in the South. The room contained a large, king-sized bed with adequate pillows and clean sheets. There was a min-fridge, microwave, iron, hair dryer, desk area and reading chair. The lighting was bright and the room smelled fresh. The bathroom shower was well lit, appropriately stocked with plenty of towels and the shower's water pressure and temperature were great. The complimentary breakfast and on-site laundry were great additional amenities. The workout room could use some updated exercise equipment. Hotel staff/personnel were friendly and cordial!

Staff was great. Limited food at breakfast bar compared to other hotels. Not within walking distance to other places to eat. But for an over night quick stay it’s a nice spot. Located close to highway

My door didn’t work the entire day and then I went and got my son and when we came back he had to sit on the floor and wait we normally stay at at 4 star hotels and the experience wasn’t good to spend my money my son kept saying the service wasn’t good! I know it isn’t 5 star but when a 8 year says the service bad it’s bad

Very friendly staff, when checking in and seeing my room , the room didn't meet what i aspected and she was able to change my accommodations to suit my needs. Reservation were made online and it was not what I thought it would be nor the place i expected. But it fit my needs and wants. I would recommend Baymont to anyone.
