Check-in was easy, the main room was pretty clean. The bathroom was a little old looking and had scuffs, stains, etc, but was clean otherwise. The fridge did not work, but didn't ruin my stay there. The htmitel is well maintained and clean, with excellent service. Hiwever, both the mattresses in our junior suite were horrible. They were hard as a rick and dipped down where the pillows went.
Each stay at a Hilton Garden Inn is always satisfying. This is the go to hotel when seeking one for family friendly atmosphere.
