“The place was in a very convenient location off of I-20, modern, clean, room smelled fresh, no issues. front desk staff were friendly and helpful. great stay and highly recommend. we were there for 2 nights.”

“The front desk did not inform us about other amenities such as free breakfast or Wi-Fi until asked for. Upon arriving in our room, we were greeted by a roach. After complaining and switching rooms, there was no roach, but the fridge was stained with food stains and looked like it wasn’t cleaned for a while. The bedside USB charger was completely smashed and unusable. The bathroom/closet door doesn’t close all the way. ”

“There are couple of things I needed to say. Some of the toiletries was empty, I didnt reported it coz it was already a little late when I decided to take a shower and found out that the body wash was empty and the conditioner was almost empty as well. I used shampoo to wash my body. There was no extra toilet paper in the bathroom as well and the towels were only two each. I stayed in different hotels in different countries and this is the only 4 start hotel I stayed at that were very cheap in……

“It was okay”

“one comment is the breakfast inside the hotel which may be slightly expensive. As I told my buyers about my US$20.00/average of daily breakfast, all of them surprised and said that it is too expensive, should go out and have breakfast at Denny or Waffle House...which should be lower than US$10.00 each”

“The floors in the room were so filthy they turned my socks black and I was forced to wear shoes in the room. See photo for the result of a quick swipe of the floor. This was also possibly the loudest hotel I’ve ever stayed at, with staff yelling down the hallway before 8:00am and pounding on the floor above. Definitely a place to avoid.”
