“We ended up here for a single Sunday night after our Bodega Bay stay ran short — not exactly a planned stop, but we needed three bedrooms and this fit the bill geographically. Unfortunately, it didn't leave a great impression. Coming off much nicer lodging in Bodega Bay probably raised the bar, but the issues here were real. The furniture was dated and uncomfortable, the decor felt tired, and the space was cluttered. The only TV was undersized for the room, and with five remotes on hand, none……

“There were 2 issues I had with my stay. I had to cancel the last day because of one of them. The hot tub was not usable. This is probably a short term problem and will be fixed quickly. Nonetheless, the reason I rented the property was because of the hot tub. The other problem I had was one I have with many places rented to many people. There was a chemical odor to the place that comes from many cleanings. It even permeated the bread I left contained on the counter. The place was beautiful and……

“Beautiful home, walkable. Listing says the owner prefers to hand off key but then no communication the day of, after I communicated arrival time many hours in advance. Main picture in the post isn’t of the part of the house that’s rented out. Space is above the garage with access via a very narrow spiral staircase that’s a pain to traverse with luggage. “We had a wonderful stay. The house was filled with nice little touches like charging cords by the bed, an easy to use grill, and any kitchen gadget needed. The house was clean and comfortable. The host answered any questions in a timely manner. I would highly recommend it!”

“The home was clean and in a quiet neighborhood. Lovely setting. Excellent coffee is provided. The kitchen has the basics for cooking but nothing for storage and no paper goods/spices so you literally need to bring everything you need. The stairs to the sleeping loft are tough. Very steep and you need to crawl to the beds but they are very comfortable! Regardless we would still return again.”
