“Had to request bath towels as they didn’t leave any and when I requested some I got told we didn’t need bath towels as we didn’t have a bath in our room we had a shower !!!!! No bedding for the sofa bed as we didn’t request any!!”

“The Park Hotel is a lovely hotel situated near to Kilmarnock town centre. The room was very spacious and the bed extremely comfortable. Although I never used the facilities I did have the breakfast which was plentiful and very enjoyable. I would recommend to anyone and I will be staying there again.”
