“Loved the property. Very friendly staff especially David at reception answered all my questions and such an enthusiastic employee. The hotel is 230 rooms or so so not gigantic which I enjoyed. Plenty of lounge chairs at pool and easy walk to the beach where you do have to go down 3 floors of stairs as its a cliff. The quality of buffets was excellent and rotated daily. Would definitely recommend.”

“Tricky hotel ! I pay 170 euro to upgrade the room but the first night I stay the temperature like sauna ! The air conditioner doesn’t work and the secondary I fount the filters all dust ! More ridiculous is my friend visit me and no use extra towel and bed they charge me 130 euro more ! I feel like tricked There is more good quality and better hotel around with reasonable price ! “The staff were (again) super. The breakfast team were always welcoming and eager to help and Anna from reception was wonderful. The room was perfect. Mum is disabled and needs a scooter to get around, the lift access to each floor meant everything was available but the lower lift remises broken for our entire trip which meant reliance on taxis from the top or me dismantling and carrying it down the steps while mum had to stand. “We have been to Gran Canaria many times but was our first time at this apartments. I can’t wait to be back. Rodrigo, Alex and Inma were excellent. Kept the place spotless every day and made sure the ca offer their hep if needed. The apartments are spacious and very well kept. And the common areas very well manicured.
