“Very central and good if you just need a bed. Warm and comfortable. Just very basic, parking is tight if you have a larger car and we had a bottle of water in the fridge that was have empty.”
“Reception business focused took name issued key and instruction where to locate room, didnt explain parking which filled quickly. Excellent for price, convenient to shops. Meet our needs well.”
“A really convenient location easy to get to many of Ballarat's sights. The room was spacious and clean. Everything you need was there.
The checkin process was easy as was checkout.
The pool looked great as did the other amenities.
The only thing that bothered us which was'nt a huge deal but it was the rooms outside light stays on at night and a big glow comes through the glass panel of the door.”
“Property was not overly clean. Check in was difficult, email should have been sent to outline the contactless check-in. Motel tried to call me but it wouldn't go through as we were in a no cell zone.”
