“This was the most beautiful stay. This was our first time in Sicily and I loved our first stop in Palermo because of Heritage Collection Palermo B&B. The room was exactly as pictured, modern but with the original architecture around it. It was so clean, quiet, and with a perfect balcony in the room to experience Palermo. Roberta was so attentive and the sweetest woman! She was able to arrange proper transportation from airport to the B&B and it was so seamless. She had excellent communication……

“El departamento está muy bien ubicado, muy limpio y con buen mobiliario. Está justo en el centro de Palermo, junto a lugares históricos. A su alrededor hay restaurantes, bares y muchos lugares de convivencia. El autobús pasa justo en la esquina y para llegar a la estación de tren hay que caminar 10 minutos. La persona que administra el lugar es muy amable y muy servicial. Lo recomiendo ampliamente.”
“Von außen wirkt das Hotel sehr unscheinbar. Sobald man jedoch durch die alte Eisentür geht wird man sprachlos.
Man wird mit einer Herzlichkeit begrüßt, die Koffer werden bereits ins Zimmer gebracht während man bei einem Kalt oder Heißgetränk den Check In macht.
Die Zimmer sind sauber und haben eine perfekte Größe. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Blick und Zugang zum Innenhof und somit einen sehr kurzen Weg zum Pool, der auch fantastisch war. Das Frühstück ist hervorragend. Man kann diese Unterkunft……

The only misstep was it was a little tricky checking in.”
“Beautiful and clean room with everything you need (espresso machines, cooking utensils). Clear checkin instruction and communication from the host. A bit noisy as it’s on the main street but easily solved with earplugs. ”
“Kala rooms worked out great for my brother and I. Rooms were big and clean. Bathroom was spacious and clean. Hotel was in the middle of the action. Only two complaints.: 1. The pillows need to be upgraded. 2. The breakfast in a next-door restaurant was pretty poor. The only things available were donuts, croissants. Hotdog pretzel and ham and cheese sandwich. For European standards, I don’t think it was up to par.”
“Very close to the fish market restaurant area. Walking distance to key city centre. But the address on Expedia not very accurate.
Valet parking $20 is ok. Yet our room when check in at 8pm is full of order refreshener that is too strong to bear. ”

“The room size and cleanness is good. Original I stayed at a room which is on the first floor, facing the road side. I cannot even sleep for the whole night as the traffic outside woke me up every 15 mins. It is a terrible time. Luckily, the helpful staff moved me to another room which is quiet. I think that room should not serve guest anymore as it is not possible to sleep with such a noice traffic outside. ”
“Tolle Lage mitten im Altstadtzentrum, sehr nahe zu allen wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Klingel/Zugang nicht einfach zu finden, da nur ein kleiner Schriftzug mit Kugelschreiber auf der Hausklingel zu finden ist. Danach über Hintereingang sehr gut zu erreichen.
Sauberkeit und Personal sehr gut.
Nicht gut: Dusche bietet entweder kein Wasser oder brühendheißes Wasser (WW-Durcherhitzer), so dass eine erholsame, kalte Dusche bei über 30 Grad draußen nicht drin war.
