"This property is much more a busy pub and grill than it is a hotel. There is no luggage help except from reception staff if they’re available, and there is not one elevator that you have to walk through several adjoining buildings to access. Also there is no drop off spot on the street so taxis have to double park and risk getting rear ended just to drop off and pick up there. There is no in room dining / room service and no one cleaned the room even though the door hanger sign was on and the room was unoccupied for the entire day. The TV had no channels available and the only bathroom product was liquid hand soap at the sink and in the shower. It felt much like a nice youth hostel rather than a 4 star hotel. Oh, also the first room I was assigned had a broken AC and a window that wouldn’t open because the electrical mechanism that made this possible was inoperable…and when I had the window in my new room open, at 10pm, I heard a violent interaction right outside in the alleyway between two men and a woman, in which a man threw the woman to the ground and took her phone, running away with the other man. "I have stayed with CitizenM in London and now Dublin and I really love it. Rooms are small, but very modern, functional and clean. Shower and climate control are great. Staff is always very helpful and friendly; and the lobby has a fun vibe, without being too energetic. The location here is fantastic — just south of the action in Temple Bar, so you can walk up in a few minutes, but it’s VERY quiet around the actual hotel. I had a stellar view of St. Patrick’s outside my window. My only complaint is there is no kettle or way to make hot water in the room, nor do they give you any coffee or tea. "

"Our room was great! Although its a little outside the city centre, it is most definitely worth it as its just a 30 min bus ride our so away. I enjoyed our room, it was large and comfortable especially for the price. Our room was a non-smoking room, but did smell like smoke a bit, but it was ok. Overall a nice stay and would come again!"
