"This hotel has everything you need. Especially the breakfast, they have Asian and European buffet, so many options to choose. The staff is so polite and helpful, they also offer free coffee and tea during the day at the lobby. I really recommend this hotel to anyone going to Bangkok, especially if you want to be close to the main shopping malls. "

"Staff was so
Friendly. Check in quick and easy. View from our room, riverside was phenomenal. Everyday we had a shuttle from the hotel to take us to the train station where we could either hop on the sky train or the ferry. And the shuttle comes every half hr to pick up so we never had to worry about finding a taxi back to the hotel. Highly recommend this place. I’ll definitely be going back "

"Amazing. I purchased the Suite with River view that was supposed to come with a free drink and breakfast in the lounge. However, when I arrived at the lounge the hostess said my room on the 53rd floor did not include access to the lounge. Luckily for me, the hotel manager was present and he invited me to stay for breakfast. I don't drink alcohol so I wasn't concerned about the free cocktail. Everyone was very nice and professional. The pool was lovely and dinner at the Chef's Table was phenomenal. Top notch service, friendliness, competence and the food was to die for. Will definitely be back. Oh, and the views were stunning."
