“The only problem I encountered was that because I booked third party, they weren't flexible with my request to allow my cousin to check in on my behalf becauseI was running late and she needed to get dressed before the wedding. I had to stop, respond to the email request before she was allowed in the room. She drove over 3 hrs. and I drove over 5 hrs. and had lost 1 hrs. because I was coming from TN.”

“Location was convenient for skiing Sugar. The home doesn’t have central heating or air so it might be too cold or too hot, depending on the season. They have many blankets for the bed rooms but could use an addition of a space heater in the living area. There are not blackout curtains in the bedrooms and the blinds aren’t enough to block out the street lights so be aware if you’re light sensitive. ”

“This cabin was perfect for our quick ski getaway. The owners were very responsive and communicated well leading up to the trip and throughout. I would highly recommend this cabin to any group looking for a place to stay while enjoying the Banner Elk area. Thank you for accommodating us, we look forward to our stay next February! ”
