The unit that we stayed in was fine, but the common areas of the resort clearly showed some age and wear. The best thing for me is that it was located right on the beach, so the room had a nice ocean view, and you could walk out the back of the building and directly onto the sand. Overall, it's about what I expected given the price. There is live music at the bar that lasts until 11:00pm, so if that is something that bothers you, I wouldn't recommend staying here.

I liked how they text you updates about the events going on in the hotel and you can text them if you need extra towels/shampoo/soap/etc. That was very convenient for us. Friendly staff and clean lobby/room.

The location was great with easy beach access and free covered parking. The room was very dirty. After buying bleach wipes and cleaning it felt acceptable to stay. Broken dish washer. Who wants to clean and hand wash dishes on vacation? When I asked at the front desk I was told if I had booked through them and not Expedia they could have done something about it. The band playing there nightly was fantastic.
