“It was pretty decent!”

“Room was not as clean as it should have been. The couch, sofa and throw pillows were soiled. We put sheets over the couches and throw pillows. Also cupboard faces and walls, switchplates had quite a bit of slop spilled on them that wiped off quite easily but should have been wiped down before we got there. Biggest concern was the lack of bathroom facilites at the pool. This almost seems against code...certainly not a healthy situation. Can only assume the dozens of little.kids and the dozens……

“Very dated and needs to remodeled. Tub bottom was slanted and very hard to stand in. Definitely better options in the are in this price range. ”

“Charged me for damages that didn’t occur while vacationing there. I will never book with Hosteva again or the Ocean Pier condos. Word of advice book with someone else if you don’t want to be charged extra fees and prior damages that were there before check in.”

“Place was amazing. Condo is very spacious with a full kitchen and laundry is a plus. Accessible to shops, dining options, and especially the beach. We enjoyed the stay, and highly recommend.”

“Wasnt told that the balconies were not able to be used due to construction...even as I checked in, no one let me know anything. Not to mention I had someone from staff trying to enter my room at 9:30am as he thought I wasn't there...literally knocked and immediately tried opening the door...thank god the latch was locked, otherwise...he would've walked in on me.....not very happy honestly ”

“The staff did their job, they weren’t the friendliest in the world but I can look past that, jobs can get tiring. The building itself looked like an older hotel, it had seen better days but that’s any establishment that’s been going for a while. The room was an issue, some things were already damaged when we got there and there were a lot of light switches that I wasn’t entirely sure for what purpose they served. The parking garage was the biggest issue though, it’s very small for the large……

“The hotel has become dated. Furnishings in lobby are nearly tattered. Stained. Upper hallways are nice. Bedroom was austere. No dust ruffle. Only sheets. Thin blanket. Had to call for towels. We had two bath towels two hand towels. One circle soap. One shampoo and conditioner. Coffee pods- 2. Never replaced. Vinyl floors not cleaned under the bed. Crumbs and fuzzies. TV only had Samsung Channels. Restaurant had 2 staff members. We had reservations but left to eat off the property. Pool was……

“I liked having a view of the beach and being able to hear the waves come in at night!!”

“I didn't like being on 1s floor Someone from there called me Wednesday ask me what floor would I like. I said 5th floor up. They put me on 1st floor. Then in master bathroom I ran water into bathtub water it was orange rusted looking I took pictures show to manager. She said another guess had same problem with water. ”

“Breakfast buffet was excellent ! Beach is like 10 steps away. ”
