“The staff was very good and the room was clean.”

“I have a big family my children are still small. I was searching for a place to stay and of all the choices, I kept coming back to Best Western. I did not regret my choice, the free breakfast was good. the staff was very pleasant. The room was very spacious and the beach view was amazing.”

“There were termites and not very clean. The pillows smelled like cigarette smoke. The parking spaces were too small and narrow. There was also an issue with not enough parking on the property.”

“I was called and asked to change condos and that I would get upgrade. Hah!. The place they put us in was terrible, Front door handle was broke and fell of when we tried to open. Chairs on porch were broken, picnic bench rotted, wood roaches on counter top killed half dozen. The ice container in the refrigerator had mold on it. The dispensers on refrigerator for ice didn’t work. The towels they brought looked like they bought them at a thrift store and they were wet. Run for your life from……

“I have never been so disappointed at a rental property and this was my first time to book a place through Expedia. The picture and description of what I rented were not accurate and when i received a call that I could have an upgrade, i was happy about that. If what I got was an upgrade, I am glad I didn't get the first one. I listed beachfront on my filter when booking. it popped up and said, "direct access". i had foot surgery and wanted as close as possible. 3 blocks away :( Then, there……

“It was a all over a good trip and nice little condo”

“Unit was clean and AC worked well. The beds were not very comfortable, too soft for us. The bedroom walls and bathroom wall and ceiling had several areas that need repairs/paint. Next visit, I will pay a little more and get a nicer place. I was traveling with my mother who uses a walker. Pictures on website show one small step to get in unit from the porch. What wasn't shown is the other 2 steps to get into the porch. Also, bathroom door was so narrow that my mom's walker wouldn't fit.”

“This was me and my girlfriends first time here and we were incredibly pleased with our stay. The property was beautiful, well maintained, clean, quiet. Staff was phenomenal and attentive. We plan to make this our go to stay anytime we’re in the myrtle beach area.”

“Great Property and still one of the best resort options on Myrtle Beach! Another food option like a short order grille by the pool serving delicious fresh grilled burgers and dogs with fries would be spot on... particularly since the kitchen can get backed up around lunch time. The main bar could use an upgrade... look and feel is a bit dated.”

“This was our first stay at Avista resort. We celebrated our 35 wedding anniversary. The resort was very clean and our room was top notch. The staff from office to the maids to people who helped with the luggage was top notch. We will definitely be staying at Avista resort again probably in September. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a place to stay in North Myrtle beach.”
