“Really nice cottage, all useful things provided plus a selection of treats! Dog friendly, in fact the owner went over & above. Would stay again, great place for walking & local pubs, some you will need a car for, but that wasn't an issue. Many thanks for sorting out my inability to put the washing machine just on spin!”

“Very cute little cottage. It is very clean, has all the comforts of home but away from home. We didn’t expect all the little extras that make our holiday perfect such as tea, coffee, milk and even biscuits! There is everything you need in the kitchen if you want to cook! It is conveniently situated in the village with shops, pubs and restaurants. Location is also near Monsal trail for walking and cycling along all the beautiful dales by the river Rye. “Property was very nicely decorated with a cosy feel with contemporary fixtures and fittings. Location was great - nice and rural, but close to Tideswell and Monsel Head. In the couple of days we were there we visited Bakewell, Hathersage and walked Castleton and Mam Tor. We love the area and would certainly stay here again. ”

“A lovely weekend away with a group of friends. We spent 2 nights and we’re so delighted with the dairy, which was warm, comfortable and stylish. We drove a short way from the farm to do a fabulous walk around kinderscout and took in kinderfall Williams clough. Had a fantastic meal at the bulls head in foolow.
