"This hotel is fairly new and the rooms are clean & comfortable. We enjoyed a dip in the small pool & soak in the hot tub. Dinner in the restaurant was excellent. Unfortunately we hit a night with a big event happening in the event room on the 3rd floor right next to our room! On arrival we were told it would end at 10.30pm but when the music was still booming well after 11pm we were told they had no control over an end time but did offer us an alternative room further away… we accepted a smaller room & queen vs king bed for some peace but having to relocate at that hour was far from ideal. The event also meant parking was difficult on arrival. I would suggest opting for a car park access room to avoid being anywhere near the event room! No refund offered for down graded room."
