"The owner lives a couple doors over, so will meet you to let you in. The place is a little dated and the stairs are loud going up and down them. Shower is a little small, but it works and the water was nice and hot! All went well, I have no issues or complaints. I made sure to clean everything up before I left."

"Highly recommend. This house is ideal for a larger party (we had 7). It was super clean and well appointed. The large dining room table fit nine for games and meals. The host was very responsive through the whole process including when our Internet went down briefly. Bonus - full one bedroom apartment at the top provides an extra bath and kitchen as well as a bed. The neighborhood is typical for mid-town, rough around the edges in spots but close to downtown, the Plaza, and stadiums."

"we had a group of 12 at the Rieger Hotel last weekend for 2 nights-it is an incredible property! Look up the history on this place it's quite interesting. Much of the interior is original from 1910-staircases etc..and is beautiful. Rooftop space faces South and the view is really cool. Huge kitchen table that seats at least 12. Owner responded quickly and was gracious to allow us to park a car in the driveway before check-in. Appreciated too the bottle of wine, snacks, bottled water and sodas the owner provided. Loved the spacious front porch, where we sat one morning to talk and enjoy the beautiful morning. Overall, I would highly recommend."

It was in the perfect spot for food and only 3 minutes away from her hotel she stayed in which her team. Had everything we needed when we wanted to prepare dinner the night before we left. You all did an amazing job with the property."

"This was the first time meeting my daughter’s boyfriend’s mother in person. The bedrooms and bathrooms on the different floors made it very comfortable! We enjoyed relaxing and getting to know each other in the the living area. But was keep busy by our kids with happy hour & dinner in the Crossroads, then Rivermarket shopping during the day and midtown barbecue dinner and finished the weekend with brunch on the Country Club Plaza. The townhome is very comfortable in a beautiful neighborhood."

"Great communication with host, cute house with lots of room for 8 adults and 2 littles. The koi pond was a fun addition in a cute backyard! Parking was a little tricky, but was sufficient for 3 vehicles, using the street. Quiet, shady neighborhood. Wish we had stayed longer!"

"I loved staying here, it is In the heart of old downtown. A little quirky and fun. Everything is new and clean. The hotel does not have an elevator due to the historic nature of the building, but there are rooms available with an access ramp. "
