“Very receptive host both before and during our stay. Stayed there for work based on the great location - close to I-35 as well as 3 parks within a few blocks of the house (bonus for our dog walks). House had everything we needed for our 2 1/2 week stay (obviously we bought our own groceries, but basics were provided!) ”

“This is the perfect location for vacation, next to many awesome restaurants, bars, and things to do. As a single woman, I felt absolutely safe and apartment was very clean and water was always hot. I had an issue with the heating due to a sudden cold storm and the mangers resolved it with an hour of me reaching out. The only issue was the floor was a little uneven. ”

“Quaint and homey. Close to Country Club area. Small bathroom, dining room table appeared to have food residue in its grooves. A nice experience overall and much more spacious than similarly-priced hotels. Washer and dryer were handy.”

“From a functional standpoint the place worked out great. Place to lay our heads and great location with the Plaza and Westport being so close. It is a smaller unit but has tall ceilings so you don't feel too crammed.The down side to this stay was the thermostat is noted that it cannot go below 73deg F and the floors were not cleaned up well (crumbs and debris on carpet). I would give it a 4-start if the 2 items above were fixed.”

“Everything was fine except there was no way to control the apartment temperature. Perhaps the thermostat was in the first floor apartment? When I asked the owner how to adjust the temperature, I received no reply at all.”

“Charming Bungalow with Spacious Yard was a lovely home to spend the week. The neighborhood is quiet with a nice park (has a summer pool too) in walking distance. Shopping and dining is also close. The weather during my stay showed this place stays warm during the cold spells and would be great to enjoy the backyard with the grill. I felt welcomed when I entered using a keypad which is a nice touch. Each room had a nightlight giving me confidence to walk around in the night, the host really……

“There was no staff available and we could not have our fully paid and reserved rooms, we stayed for over an hour and called every possible number and no one responded. We were told by other guests that the staff leaves early many times and no one will be available to help you get your rooms. We booked two rooms and we could not have keys so we had to drive all the way back from Kansas to Ohio without sleeping. Horrible experience, We will request a full refund.”
