"Couldn't watch TV, because it makes you cast a show/movie from your phone, but when I tried connected to the TV, it kept saying Device Not Found. So that ruined my stay for the most part. And I reserved a room with a balcony, so I could smoke out there, but then they told me I couldn't smoke on the balcony. I wish it would've told me that on the website before I paid for the balcony room. Other than those things, I was happy with the hotel."

"Great location with really nice walking, running, biking trail right across the street, right along the Missouri River. Also right across the street is a stop for the free streetcar that runs right through the heart of downtown and out to Country Club Plaza. There is also a very nice restaurant/bar right across the street. The rooms are modern and very well maintained. Staff was fantastic. The only downside was parking. Apparently it is operated by an outside contractor. You pay in advance for a 24 hour period. However, the lot is either oversold or not properly monitored, because when we returned from an evening outing, there were no vacant spaces in the lot to park despite the fact that we had already paid to park there. We were told by hotel staff that there was nothing that they could do about it."
