The basement AC works very well and the bathroom downstairs is very up to date. The location is very quiet with minimal traffic. The location is amazing but there are many issues that come with it. "The house was beautiful. Great location! The beds not so comfortable especially in 1st floor bedroom. It sunk in middle: 2 people could not sleep on it. The grass was very high when we got there and the step out back off porch is very dangerous when stepping off porch, almost had a few people falling. The alarm system went off at midnight every night also, lasting a few minutes then stopped."
