“The hotel surpassed our expectations! The room was immaculate and refreshed to the same standard every day. Every member of the staff was cordial and helpful. We only had breakfast one morning (which is included) and there were many varieties of foods to choose. Lunch and dinner at The Bistro were excellent, as was the service. “This is an amazing hotel. Great room friendly owners and workers, amazing location. The breakfast is really good. They even accommodate making fresh eggs and a vegetarian omelette. They let us pick nick in the front garden and even gave a free ride to the bus stop. I would go back 100 times.”

Das Personal war super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Sauna ist gut ausgestattet mit 2 Saunen, 2 Dampfbädern, einem Whirlpool und bietet einen großzügigen Ruheraum.

“I was here for a five-day ski trip, really great hotel to stay. Zermatt is a costly place, and this hotel a great choice if you want to find a cost the value of the money.
It’s comfortable, clean and spacious.
Location of the hotel is very convenient. Not a long walk from the train station. A little bit stairs for the shortcut, comparing to other hotels on the hill top, it’s not a big deal.
In addition, not far away from the gondola and town center.
I love getting little chocolate treat……
