“Had a four day break with parents, the cottage was spotless on arrival and well equipped. The wifi was occasionally sporadic but to be expected in a rural area. We slept well with no passing traffic and even with four adults there was ample hot water.Lots of seating and although weather was poor the outside seating area was great . Small downside was the property can be rented alongside next door(semi detached) , there is a locked interconnecting door but the noise can carry through a little .”

“Der Zugwaggon ist wirklich eine sehr besondere Unterkunft. Uns hat es sehr gefallen. Die Einrichtung ist mit Liebe zum Detail. Es war sehr sauber und alles vorhanden was man im Urlaub benötigt. Leider war die Klospülung meistens nicht zu stoppen und ist permanent nachgelaufen. Der Waggon ist wirklich sehr schön, benötigt aber dringend eine Restauration, vor allem die Fenster. “This is an amazing property………Classic somerset cottage equipped with all modern conveniences. Super quiet (well a few tractors collecting the harvest!). We all slept very well. It takes 30 mins to walk into Ilminster along a country trail past Dillington Hall for those that like a good walk. About 8 mins by car. We made day trips to the Haynes motor museum (amazing if you are a car buff…..some days they bring cars out of the museum and you can ‘poke around’ at them) and to Lyme Regis, which has……
