“Great hotel! Modern and clean. Comfortable bed and pillows. Friendly, helpful and efficient staff. On the first night of our stay, the air conditioning in our room was not working. After communication with the reception staff at 2am, he checked us into another room immediately. Really appreciate his efficiency as it was already very late. Had a comfortable stay!”

“I booked Abode Manchester more than a month in advance, and one of the main reasons I chose this hotel was because it was clearly stated that the rooms had air conditioning. However, when I arrived, I was told that the air conditioning was broken in all rooms throughout the hotel. At first, I thought I could manage by opening a window to get some ventilation — but to my surprise, the windows could not be opened at all.
